Q: Will I fall asleep?
A: Neither the program or the aromatherapy will make you sleepy. The program is interactive, the aromas are relaxing but not meditative, and the music is rather upbeat and rhythmic. If you are tiered and feeling sleepy to begin with, pull over and rest. However, if at anytime you feel uncomfortable with the program just stop the audio and continue later.
Q: Can I get the audio in CD version?
A: Yes, please call us if you need a CD. We are currently not stocked on the CDs, but can burn one just for you. We will even sign it for you. The CD is a more expensive so we charge an extra $2.50 per order.
Q: Do Corporate Customers get a discount?
A: If you are giving Carma as a gift to your employees we can provide volume discounts as well as the opportunity to add your logo to the packaging. Please contact us directly. We would be happy to work out the details for this great gift.
Q: Do Retail Customers get a discount?
A: To our valued retail customers; we have great volume discounts. Please contact us directly for our discount sheet.
Q: Do you have a Satisfaction Policy?
A: We want you to enjoy Carma™. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product just return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money. Call first to obtain a return authorization. Returns can not be accepted without this authorization.
